Samsung Live is an e-commerce show streaming live from the comfort of Samung.com—where many customers already happen to be—along with a few of the company’s social platforms. Produced and edited in studio at Cheil’s Dallas office, the show delivered exclusive deals, product demonstrations and key features on a number of Samsung’s marquee mobile devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold4, Z Flip4, Watch5 Series and more.
Tactful scriptwriting, integration of new segments and collaboration with show hosts and studio staff on the fly created the moments of whimsy and humor, which, given the transactional nature of the show, were pivotal to sustaining success.
